The 360 unit Altura EC project, located at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8, was launched on Aug 5 2023.

Sigitech Holdings holds an equity stake in CNQC-OS (2)  Pte Ltd, in partnership with Qingjian Realty.

The 618-unit Tenet EC project was launched on 3 Dec 2022. The project is located on Tampines Street 62. This is the second Singapore residential development project which Sigitech Holdings had invested in partnership with Qingjian Realty.

Sigitech Holdings has completed the acquisition of Luz Omori retail building with NFA of 7795sqm in Omori Tokyo via its real estate associate company in Dec 2022.

The company has also completed the divestment of both Nakano and Naruse buildings in Tokyo in April 2022 and October 2022 respectively.

Sigitech Holding’s associate company OSJ Property Investments has acquired Shoei Plaza, a 136-unit residential building in Tokyo located near Omori station.

The company has also completed the sale of OSJ Kinshicho Building in Tokyo. The building was acquired in Sep 2017.

Sigitech Holdings’ associate company has completed the acquisition of a commercial property in Perth Australia which is tenanted by Quest Mounts Bay Road, a serviced apartment style hotel under CapitaLand Limited. Quest Mounts Bay Road is located within 8 minutes of Perth’s CBD, near Perth Convention Centre and Kings Park.

Sigitech Holdings’ Japan real estate investment company has completed the acquisition of Naruse Building in Tokyo. Tenants include MUFG Bank and Lawson convenience store.

MOZAC, a luxury residential project in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam jointly developed by associate company and MK/Oxley Holdings will launch in June 2019
