The 618-unit project was launched in December 2022.
Tenet project is Sigitech Holdings’ second investment in Singapore development project in partnership with Qingjian Realty.

Sky Homes is a five-storey 58 residential units and five commercial space mixed development project in Inglewood Perth.
The project features modern smart-home technology and contemporary designs.
Located in Inglewood, the project is close to the city and within a popular dining and entertainment strip.
Sigitech Holdings’ associate company CSH Property Investments has partnered with Western Australia property developer Nicheliving in this project in June 2019.
CSH Property Investments has fully divested its stake in the project on March 2022.
Habitat

Habitat is a 14-unit boutique residential development located in Applecross, an affluent riverside suburb of Perth.
The project is close to the Swan River and a short stroll from retail and dining outlets.
The project offers one and two bedroom apartments as well as penthouse units on upper levels with views of the city and the river.
Habitat is Sigitech’s first foray into Australia property market through a partnership with C T Holdings. Project sales commences in June 2019.
Sigitech completed its divestment in the project on August 2022.
Le Quest

Le Quest is a 99-year leasehold mixed commercial and residential project located at Bukit Batok West Ave 6.
The project comprises 100 commercial shops including supermarket, foodcourt, child care centre and other F&B outlets, and 5 blocks of 12-storey residential development (Total 516 units).
The development is close to Bukit Batok MRT and is a few minutes drive to Jurong East Regional Centre where the future High Speed Rail Terminal to KL will be located.
Amenities nearby include educational institutions, hospital and polyclinic, recreational facilities.
The project will launch in July 2017.
Sigitech Holdings, through its 50%-owned company OSS Property Investments Pte Ltd, holds an equity stake in Qingjian Realty (BBR & BBC) Pte Ltd, the developer of Le Quest.
