Sigitech Holding’s associate company OSJ Property Investments has acquired Shoei Plaza, a 136-unit residential building in Tokyo located near Omori station.

The company has also completed the sale of OSJ Kinshicho Building in Tokyo. The building was acquired in Sep 2017.
